Try NosyPup free for 14 days before you buy. If you buy it and change your mind, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
Purchases are processed and sold by Stripe via Link, as reseller and merchant of record; the license is granted by Caueh Vidal, trading as Swissperiences. You can ask for a refund in either of two ways:
- email hello@nosypup.com from the address you used to buy (or include it in your message); or
- contact Link support, which is shown on your receipt.
Stripe issues the refund, for the full amount including any tax, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens to your license
Once the refund goes through, your license key stops working. Protection that is already running keeps going until you stop it; after that, NosyPup won’t start new protection without a license. Your settings stay on your Mac.
After 14 days
If something isn’t working, write to us anyway. We’ll try to help, and we’ll be fair.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
